Features/changes that will be in the next release (1.9.3)
These features or changes have already been made in the development build. This list is updated as the changes are added.

Fixed bug whereby new rules couldn't have "Stop Processing" enabled (the option was ignored). The option could be set by editing a rule, but was ignored for new rules.

Various minor UI changes implementing default buttons so that you can use the Enter key to close a window (accepting the input).

Sent on behalf of can now be used for rules (many bulletins are now sent using on behalf of via a list server).

Rule groups drag and drop. Rules can be moved between groups by dragging them from the rewritten Manage By Groups window.

Multiple email address support in a single rule.

Rule groups now correctly imported.
- Rules based on email headers. Rules can now be created that act on contents of the message header.
Features/requests to be included in a future release
Please note, this is not currently a definitive list - there have been other requests in the forums that will be added here in due course. It is also not in any particular order.

Preview. The ability to preview what rules will be applied to messages when a folder is processed. This will be available in v2 (the functionality is complete, the UI needs to be built).

Automatic meeting request rules. This is the ability to automatically accept/decline meeting requests based upon requester and availability (based upon Outlook calendar). This will be available in v2.

Attachment rules and actions. Rule critieria will be added for dealing with attachments. This will be both criteria for attachments (e.g. name, size) and then actions with attachments (rename, save to file system).

Delayed rules. The ability to only process a rule once a message is a certain age. This will be available in v2.

Rule groups hierarchy. The ability to have a hierarchy in the rule groups manager.
- Syncronise mail folders between computers. On either a corporate network, or home network, the facility to keep two or more computers in sync with the same messages in their mail folder. This is assuming Personal Folder files, as an Exchange mailbox will be synchronised automatically.
